As with all truly innovative ideas, it's remarkably simple.
The client (or specifier) uploads the building plans in DWG or DXF format to our website, where the design centre converts them into a 3D model complete with all services and components.
The client is then notified that the 3D model is available for review on the website.
The client logs-in to review and amend or approve the 3D model.
Once approved, the 3D model automatically generates a quote and manufacturing instructions.
Once the quote is approved, the manufacturing instructions are sent to the appropriate facility for production.
The Walltech Building System inverts the standard wall construction process.
Conventional construction methods involve creating the structural units (the frame) first, with plumbing, electrical, insulation, plasterboard, and finishing on interior & exterior walls following.
Walltech, however, produces the wall surfaces and foam insulation as a pair first. All the voids needed for windows, doors, cables and plumbing are created, and the surfaces are undercoated
At this point the structural elements, services and components are included and the two halves are combined.
In addition, any manufacturing waste is contained and recycled.
The buildings walls are loaded into custom built delivery containers ready for dispatch to the site.
Walltech's accredited installer network will either install the walls or supply initial training and accreditation for other contractors.
Walltech walls can be disassembled, relocated and re-used or returned for recycling
