Yes Walltech offers both internal and external walls for most construction applications.

2. What are the walls made of?

Walltech walls are comprised of aluminium, PIR foam and a specially designed barrier coat.

3. What is PIR foam and why is it used?

Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam is formed by reacting a polyisocyanate and a polyol in the presence of catalysts and a pentane blowing agent.

PIR foam offers superior fire resistance, strength, thermal and machining properties, along with significantly reduced environmental impact compared to traditional insulating materials, such as Polystyrene.

4. What size and thickness walls can you provide?

Walltech walls can be produced joint free to a maximum size of 7 x 2.7m and are offered in thicknesses of 100, 150 and 200mm.

5. What services or components are included?

Any services or components, including plumbing, electrical backing plates, windows, doorways, supports, data, smart wiring and even water features, can be pre-installed.

6. What advantages does it have over other materials & methods?
